About Melina

I build speakers who can hold a room.

Public speaking is a craft, not a personality trait—something anyone can learn, rehearse, and own.

Drawing on six years of stage training and a background in entrepreneurship, I teach a method that treats public speaking as a craft, not a personality trait—something anyone can learn, rehearse, and own.

My workshops run on a five-pillar framework—Script, Conviction, Tone, Presence, Rehearse—that breaks the vague advice most people get (“be confident,” “make eye contact”) into specific, trainable moves. I’ve led sessions at Innovation Depot and work with founders, students, and professionals who need to pitch, present, or persuade under pressure.

I study Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship at the University of Alabama, where I’m a member of the Crimson Entrepreneurship Academy. My brand words—Creative, Ambitious, Real—double as how I coach: high standards, no fluff, and a room that leaves knowing exactly what to do differently.
